All work carried out during a preventive maintenance visit will be conducted in accordance with equipment specific, Bioquell standard protocols.  This document includes all test methods and provides a record of all the work undertaken and measurements recorded.  Examples of this testing include:

  • Conduct visual inspection of the unit for any visible signs of damage, loose fittings electrical or mechanical fittings.

Hardware and software upgrades performed to maintain the Bioquell unit to the original specification will be performed free of charge during the contract term. Please note, for any major product enhancements or further developments, if and when available, will be considered as chargeable extras beyond the scope of this agreement.
